Not to sound too cheesy, a genuinely life changing experience. Had 6 sessions with Dawn, found her to be extremely professional and friendly, would highly recommend!I previously had issues regulating my emotions but now finally feel in control of my life. I would like to highly recommend Dawn at Inspired To Change. I came to Dawn with crippling anxiety, this affecting greatly my day to day life. Through her calm and knowledgeable support using solution focused hypnotherapy I am now confident and happy and have the skills and tools to use to keep me that way.I have had other types of talking therapies which helped in parts, but having to talk about the past and relive difficult times did not help. The great aspects of solution focused hypnotherapy is you are only looking forward to the person you want to be and focusing on all the positives you do have in your life.Dawn is caring, supportive, nonjudgmental and very knowledgable to give the best therapy.

Having suffered from anxiety for most of my life i have tried numerous things to help ease the effects of this, cbt therapy twice herbal remedies etc but nothing seemed to work. The next option was medication which I didn't want to go into then decided to look into hypnotherapy. I found Dawn on Google and that search has changed my life. As a practical person I can fix things if I know how they work, Dawn explained to me how my brain was making me behave in easy to understand language. Working on her methods worked for me. Since my sessions with Dawn I am more confident as a person and less stressed in new situations, making me happier in my life. I can't thank Dawn enough for how she has improved my situation and for anyone slightly sceptical or nervous about hypnotherapy as I was, don't be, give it a go and follow dawns advice and methods and it will really be a life changer for people with anxiety.

We completed several sessions with Dawn in the lead up to our labour. Dawn took the time to understand our needs and fully explained the science behind hypnobirthing. She made us feel comfortable and fully supported throughout our journey and the two audios provided are very helpful and I will use them during my labour.The environment is calm and relaxing with the option to meet online if needed.I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do hypnobirthing.

I recently saw Dawn for 12 Hypnotherapy sessions. At the start I was in a really bad place after suffering some serious mental health problems. I felt instantly at ease speaking with Dawn, which is something that doesn't come naturally to me. Her desire to help people is very evident, it really helps having someone work with you who you can tell genuinely cares, cheers for all your improvements and helps reinforce all the progress you have made. My resilience has improved so much in the last few months, to where if I experience low moods, I haven't been spiralling and can bounce back quicker than in the past.I would highly recommend seeing Dawn if you are looking to start Hypnotherapy!

Dawn practices from her private home therapy room, which is a 15-minute walk from the vibrant city centre of Chelmsford. parking is available on the driveway. There are pretty riverside walks 5 minutes away leading to the city centre if you would like to take a scenic walk back to town.
