I went to hypnotherapy because I was feeling out of control especially with my eating habits. Lou was incredible. She supported me to understand what was happening in my brain and why I kept acting in a way that was making me more stressed and upset. Understanding what was going on made it possible for me to reflect and develop better coping strategies. I loved that the sessions were so solution focused, I felt really listened to and she help me figure out the best ways forward for me. Brilliant session with Lou that really helped with my anxiety/smoking habit. She has such a soothing voice that I enjoyed listening to and found the meditation so peacefull. I found Lou very personable, professional and focused on supporting me and ensuring I got the best from our sessions together. I had a huge phobia of heights and had been known to crawl over a flyover such was the distress of my fear. I had 4 sessions with Lou and the turnaround in my confidence and ability to cope with heights was amazing. The following week I went over Cragside bridge and was happy to stop in the middle and look over the side. I had been struggling with this fear for decades to find in just 2 weeks I was a changed woman. Amazing and a massive thank you to Lou for helping me through this.

Lou practices in the popular coastal town of Whitley Bay. Both Whitley Bay and Monkseaton Metro Stations are conveniently located nearby within 1 minute's walking distance. The clinic is within easy reach of Cullercoats, Tynemouth, North Shields, Monkseaton as well as Newcastle Upon Tyne. There is plenty of parking nearby. Should you wish to extend your visit, the beach and promenade are approximately a 5-10 minutes walk. Whitley Bay has a vibrant array of independent businesses including a cinema, micropubs, artisan bakers, award-winning eateries, and craft shops. The iconic Spanish City Dome is also a short stroll away.
