My Experience
I have been in practice for 8 years as a clinical hypnotherapist, running a busy practice from my home in Market Harborough. I give many talks each year, mainly to local groups, explaining how the brain works.
I am also a lecturer for CPHT hypnotherapy training, which is the gold standard for solution focused hypnotherapy. I run continuous professional development training to help other hypnotherapists understand more about addictions and self-harm. Additionally, I am a hypnotherapy supervisor and hold group supervision sessions.

More About Me
I trained to be a hypnotherapist after seeing Gary Johannes speak at a local WI group. It was a lightbulb moment as I had never heard anything so meaningful to me before. I had no idea that hypnotherapy could be so life changing. It helps with so many conditions that I’d always assumed were things we had to live with.
My background is in accounting, so there is no contest as to which is a more fulfilling career. I am also a piano teacher who works really well alongside hypnotherapy.
Parking Information
Accessible from the A14 and A6. There is space in the driveway and plenty of road parking.
