I started working with Peter during a very difficult period after being mugged, which left me dealing with extreme insomnia and anxiety. From the first session, Peter was incredibly reassuring and thoughtful. He always had clear answers to my questions and made a real effort to ensure I felt comfortable and not rushed. Sessions never felt abruptly ended or overly time constrained, which made a big difference when talking through difficult experiences.What stood out most was how tailored the hypnotherapy was to what I was going through at the time. The sessions were clearly adapted to my specific challenges, whether that was sleep, anxiety, or setting boundaries, and it felt very personal rather than generic. Over time I noticed real improvements in my sleep, calmness, and sense of control.I am genuinely grateful for the work we did together and would highly recommend Peter to anyone struggling with anxiety, trauma, or sleep issues, or any other challenges.

Emma came straight back to me and on the very first meeting with Emma my daughter and I felt very comfortable and reassured that Emma could help. My daughter had 6 sessions and really enjoyed each one I can honestly say that it has made such a difference and my daughter has managed to go to the dentist and complete all actions they required for the brace fitting it has honestly been like night and day and given my daughter the tools to manage each situation herself. I am so proud of what she has achieved with Emma’s help. I am writing this review with the sole intention that the person reading this is encouraged enough to take the step with the wonderful Claire. She has an ability to make everything simple again when perhaps it all seems so confusing. I would highly recommend her approach as it breaks through the over analysing and complicating instead delivering a simple and straightforward perspective. Each session provides a gentle uplift and with encouragement a new way of thinking. Claire is also of the kindest and friendliest people I have met, I really enjoyed her outlook and company. If you are in difficult please give her a chance, she has helped me change my life

I first visited Claire in April 2024 because I wanted to quit smoking, I had one session and I haven't touched nicotine since. I then decided, after feeling that my job was at risk earlier this year that I would approach Claire again about my anxiety, and (OMG) I am so glad I made that decision! I can't remember exactly how many sessions I had, maybe 10 or 12, but within that time I have rediscovered my self worth in a way that I hadn't before seen possible, i'm in a new job with a new relationship and making many healthy, well considered decisions. Thank you Claire for everything you have done for me, I know you enjoyed watching me grow as a person! :)

Seeing Emma after struggling with anxiety caused by work stress and a breakup has been one of the best things I could've done for myself. Emma was so unbelievably calming from start to finish and helped me get into positive habits such as writing my what's been good journal.Going into this I didnt think I'd improve this much this quickly but having someone to talk about whats been good about my week has really been so helpful. I cannot thank her enough for her help and support throughout the weeks, I will be going back in the near future as going to Emma's sessions has been the healthiest thing I've done for myself and her support has meant the world to me so thank you so much Emma.
