Mental Health and Wellbeing Training

Whether you are a local or national business, a school or charity, or a local community or business group, Inspired to Change have a range of talks, webinars and workshop opportunities to support you and your teams.

As clinical hypnotherapists and mental health specialists, we have a deep understanding of how the brain works and how that can impact us in the workplace, or at school, as well as in our personal lives (and of course, we understand that the two impact each other!)

Resilience and Wellbeing Programme

Resilience is the ability to withstand adversity and to bounce back from challenging life events, and wellbeing is a state of being comfortable, healthy and happy.

Our Resilience and Wellbeing programme provides individuals, groups and teams with the knowledge of how our brains work and why it responds to life’s situations in the way it does, and provides simple, practical tools to manage stress levels and build resilience, along with strategies and tools to integrate into a stress-free and more positive, happier home and workplace.

The programme is suitable for businesses, schools, charities and community groups, and can be run online as well as face to face in your own premises. It can also be tailored to meet any specific concerns or intended outcomes you may have.

Mental Health In
The Workplace Training

Our Mental Health In The Workplace offering is aimed at larger organisations who recognise that the success of the organisation is reliant on the success of the people who work within it, and that peoples success is directly linked to their level of mental health.

If you represent an organisation that is concerned about the level of employee absenteeism, presenteeism, or engagement and productivity, have a look at our Mental Health Awareness, Management and First Aid training options.

1-2-1 Staff
Therapy Sessions

In addition to group training and coaching, we also offer confidential 1-2-1 therapy sessions  for people who are struggling with stress and/or anxiety, to help them manage their own stress levels, build their own resilience and enhance their own wellbeing.

This enables them to be more engaged and more productive and successful in the workplace, or to return to work successfully after time off.  These sessions can be self-funded or offered by employers as part of their staff support package.

“The knowledge we learnt has helped my team overcome so many mental troubles and obstacles and given us actions and activities we can put in place. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to grow their business. It has helped me achieve so much with my team”

“We learned so much about why we deal with things the way we do and the way the brain works. It gave us such clarity and a lot of “ah-ha” moments! The team left with some fantastic tools to help them go forward in their lives and their businesses. I will definitely be using Caroline again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

“The basis in science was very reassuring along with the simplicity of the approach”
