Benn is absolutely wonderful. He’s that friendly face when you need it most.. calm and relaxed with powerful knowledge. When I first met Benn I was recovering from post natal depression and struggling with severe emetophobia. He helped me to understand why my brain was working the way it was, and gave me the guidance I needed to cope and ‘empty my bucket’. The audio helped me to sleep so much better! I looked forward to my sessions each week.. it was my hour of relaxation and calm, going home feeling happier and more able to cope with my anxiety. Thank you Benn for all your wisdom, I am forever grateful.

I've never done hypnotherapy before but had done CBT in sports therapy to help in the past when I competed in dressage. I found the hypnotherapy with Benn really helped me lay down the goals I wanted to achieve, and I really looked forward to our sessions together. Benn was professional and compassionate throughout our sessions. I would highly recommend him to anyone to help understand your stressors and how to deal with them.

Benn is such a great guy and so easy to talk to. I had 6 hypnosis sessions after my initial consultation. The way I think and manage the way my brain works has been a game changer. Benn has made such a positive affect on my life and no matter what spanner seems to be thrown into the works, Benn has away of being able to stop me over thinking and worrying about things that have not happened. Benn has support me through getting divorced and leaving an abusive relationship, and even now when something triggers me, Benn reminds me that I am in control of my own life now and that my ex husband no longer has any power over my life. Benn also supported me through taking a DNA test with regards to my long lost father getting in contact with me after many years and more recently, Benn was like my life line when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last June. Benn would simply tell me to focus on the facts that I did have when I felt I was completely out of control. For anyone thinking of working with Benn, I can honestly say that he has impacted on my life and what I have got mostly from the sessions is that talking about the past, it has gone! It is about addressing what is going on in the here and now and using the tools he has given me to focus on the present because we can not change the past but we can control the present and work therefore to the goals that we want to. Thanks to Benn making me believe in myself, I have not only completed a level two qualification in Mental Health but I am now doing another level 2 qualification in Domestic Abuse. Benn made me realise that I can really do anything if I stop thinking negatively because that’s the only thing that stops me growing as a person.Thank you Benn for all you have done because without you, I think I would still be stuck in the past. You taught me that it’s about focussing on my life now and what I can do to change things. I never thought I would of had half the courage to do what I needed to do but I am now stronger than I ever thought possible and that’s thanks toYOU!

I was a bit unsure about what to expect from hypnotherapy but after Benn was recommended to me, I gave it a go. I was getting very anxious and Benn really helped me turn things around. From dreading certain situations I learnt how to manage the way I was feeling. And sessions were done remotely which worked really well for me as i could do them in my own home.

My life before working with you was dark I couldn’t go out with confidence. | Benn practices from his quiet home therapy room in Sittingbourne, Kent, within easy reach of surrounding villages and towns. The location has easy access to the A249, M2, A2 and the M20. Free Parking is available outside and there is a children’s play park and recreational ground with a community pond just a short walk away, should friends or family wish to wait whilst you attend your session. Benn also works online using various platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Facebook, Skype. This modern and effective solution enables my clients to have flexibility around sessions and not only enables them to relax in the comfort and security of their own homes but equally reduces the disruption to their busy schedules. Online therapy has the same positive outcomes as experienced from face-to-face sessions and can be accessed and adapted to suit the needs of clients who may have accessibility requirements. |
