I watched Keeley talk through aspects of hypnotherapy (admittedly with a little scepticism) with Sarah from Club One Hundred. At this time, I was mentally demotivated. Every problem I had in my brain, some current, and many from the mid to distant past replayed in my head, causing me insurmountable stress, during the day, often at night, and many times when a new problem arose. I describe as carrying a Hod, and half or full bricks being added over time, without the Hod being emptied, until a collapse. The experience was multi fold. First of all, the confidence and almost matter of fact approach to what I needed to do was surprising, I expected a wishy washy talk through your feelings set up. Not at all, the experience Keeley had was clear, the trajectory laid out, and the information was not just experience based, but also science based. This to a large extent took my thought processes from a ‘it’s all my fault I can’t manage this’ to a ‘mechanical cause and effect’ understanding of why I am not managing my thoughts and suffering the fallout of that. There was also the anticipated, understanding approach, gentle guidance on small steps growth and reinforcement of things I was applying well in each session. The results are amazing. Whilst I don’t think I can rest on managing my thought patterns, I now know how to do this, from knowing how to quickly dispel from my thoughts those negative historical actions that I can no longer change and no longer matter to understanding what a thought pattern really is and choosing how I now want that pattern to form.I also understand how to change my thoughts from, ‘oh god, that’s annoying/ridiculous/unfair/ impossible/and all other negative judgements/frustrations, into, well that happened, ‘I will make sure I don’t do that again by…’/‘what good can come out of that’/ ‘to change that thought to what I will do is….’/ ‘worrying about that has no value to me’.There are so many other examples, I can’t list them all. I know I am far, far happier with myself, I know I still have to keep diligent and not slip into allowing negative thoughts to fester, but keep changing how that thought sits and how to either dismiss it or make it work for me.It took me several weeks to pluck up courage to call Keeley, the value for money is unmeasurable. I spend a lot on physical training, (gyms etc), but life needs the head to be thinking in a fit way. This is not counselling, I have done that, and whilst that may release some honesty to yourself, this is the road to facilitate your mind working in a better way. This has emotional and physical benefits. I have my motivation back, self-drive, and belief that future (and current) challenges will no longer bring me down. They will be there for sure, but I understand fully how the mind mechanisms work, and how I oil those mechanisms to work for my benefit, not detriment. In short, if you’re thinking about using hypnotherapy, do it, you will reap the rewards, it took me 6 sessions, but I did buy into it wholeheartedly from day 1.

Before working with Keeley I was feeling anxious, stressed and relatively negative a lot of the time. It was starting to affect my health, causing me to have shingles and migraines. I hadn't head of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy before, but meeting Keeley at a networking event I thought it was worth a try.I really enjoyed the structure of each session and felt it was productive, well-planned and beneficial. Keeley is such a positive, inspirational, upbeat person and that makes a huge difference too.I am now able to cope so much better with the everyday stresses of life, and I bounce back quickly when things go wrong (which they inevitably do at some point for everyone!). I feel much more positive, less stressed and I am feeling healthy and energised. I do believe it's also helping me with my mindset for competing as well.Forget the word "hypnotherapy" as it's not just about that, it's so much more. We all have a preconceived idea about hypnotherapy but this was totally not what I was expecting. It's more like "coaching" and using bits of hypnotherapy to help the process along which is so beneficial.Angela WestgarthThe Personal Property Shop

💕Keeley is equal parts knowledgeable and passionate about solution based hypnotherapy so from the outset, I felt completely at ease. It made sense to start where I was and build upon solutions to any anxieties rather than worry about how they arrived in the first place. With personalised guidance and trance, I was quickly able to reframe my mindset to a more positive approach. Gone are the negative thoughts which would keep me awake at night and instead they’re replaced with energy and optimism. Critically, it isn’t my life that’s changed but rather how I now deal with it 💕

My anxiety had slowly crept in over time to all areas of my life and my ability to go out and do the
simple things like walking the dog, shopping, meeting friends or planning days out were becoming
impossible. My negative thinking mind was causing my world to become a very small place. It then
progressed onto physical symptoms which were causing an endless cycle of anxiety / panic and
depression.
When I saw Keeley’s advert for her sessions I jumped at the chance as I had already tried numerous
methods of therapy … For example yoga, tapping, counselling through my GP practice and
mindfulness. I was always trying to be that relaxed stress-free person but I just couldn’t shift my
pattern of how my mind / body was working. Keeley’s advert just seemed to fit all my key elements to
which I was struggling with.
From the very first session I was fully on board with wanting to make this work. From day one
Keeley’s enthusiasm and great big smile put me at ease and she gave me the ability to believe this
was going to work and my life would change if I wanted it to. Every week we met and I learnt how the
brain was storing information and how it was creating my cycle of panic / anxiety. I also learnt how to
change this pattern through positive interaction positive self-talk and positive actions to making my
new neural pathways for new patterns within my brain.
The whole experience was very positive and the hypnotherapy at the end was lovely very calming. I
used the audio every evening as instructed and followed Keeley to the letter. Wow and it worked …
my anxiety levels dropped, my negative thinking pattern slowly dwindled. Just 4 months later I
accomplished a trip to Devon which was deemed impossible previously as I would not have been able
to achieve such a long car journey. Needless to say, on so many levels it’s given me a sense of
freedom of being able to dream again, of going on holiday, simple things like meeting friends and just
going out without the fear in my tummy and mind… it’s been an amazing experience … thank you x
There have been so many benefits - 1 being able to allow myself to look forward to my future 2 the
freedom of being out walking my dog and being in the moment of enjoying the fresh air and exercise 3
planning meetings with friends and looking forward to it without the dread and fear or what ifs! 4 my
whole body feels lighter and at peace now the hormones of anxiety has left my body 5 I feel at peace
I’m calmer and happier 6 I’m sleeping better 7 I’ve learnt how to maintain my healthy thinking pattern
when negative thoughts are present and pushing forward 8 I now like myself much more and look
after myself in a much better way.
To anyone thinking about trying hypnotherapy I would say - IT WORKS! You need to want to change
to make the change happen. It’s a life saver and helps reset us back to happiness.
