I have suffered chronic insomnia for many years and have tried many things forward help including reading books and taking medication. I hoped hypnotherapy would help.
I really enjoyed working with Emma. I found her to be very approachable, knowledgeable and she kept me on track. Emma taught me many new strategies and ways of thinking that I can use to keep positive, free from anxiety and be in control of my responses to whatever happens in my life.
