Hypnotherapy for Migraine



I had been suffering with migraine for as long as I can remember, this was always made worse by strong smells, I was hoping that Emma would be able to help with this. I have had hypnosis before and have always found it to be beneficial.

I really enjoyed my sessions,  I learnt a lot about how my brain processes things I found it all very interesting. I found Emma warm and friendly which put me at ease.

The benefits are far more than I expected, my headaches have been fewer, I am sleeping better and in general I am feeling happier. I now feel that I have some tools to work with to handle any problems in the future.

Hypnotherapy has great benefits and can change how you react to situations even if you have had problems for a long time.
