Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Panic Attacks
I suffered anxiety and panic attacks last year, I was concerned that my work load was bringing these back.
I found hypnotherapy with Lisa easy to follow with quick results. Writing positives every day put me in control, as did listening to the audio. If I had a dip or a bad day I could look through the positives.
I have been able to make decisions, and do so many exciting things now. I feel incredibe and able to achieve my dreams.
