How Hypnotherapy Helped Me Cope with Divorce

How Hypnotherapy Helped Me Cope with Divorce

“Before starting my hypnotherapy sessions with Kerry, I was struggling with stress due to going through a difficult divorce and I was having trouble with my sleep pattern. I was unable to unwind and relax at the end of the day so decided to give hypnotherapy a try to improve my quality of sleep and to deal with my stress levels more effectively.

This was my first experience of hypnotherapy and Kerry made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. Our sessions together always felt calm, relaxed and positive.

I started my sessions during the coronavirus lockdown and so all of my appointments were via Zoom. I was pleasantly surprised by how interactive and effective the sessions still were.

I have also been using the audio Kerry provided in-between sessions, especially if I’ve had a particularly stressful day, and I’ve noticed that my sleep pattern has improved. My stress levels have definitely become less and feel more manageable as I’ve learnt to spend less time in my primitive brain!

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy has definitely helped me to balance my emotional wellbeing, so for anyone who is looking for the same I would absolutely recommend this service. Kerry is professional and so easy to talk to and explains the methods she uses very well – no jargon!”
