Before I came to see Lisa, I was just plodding along and believed how I felt was just the way things were and there would be no change.  I wasn’t sleeping very well, overeating, snappy with people and situations, I would go on drink binges and generally felt permanently stressed and unsettled.

Working with Lisa has been amazing.  I have found out so much about my inner self I could never have imagined this would have happened.  I have learnt to believe in myself, actually see why I used to react to situations in a certain way.  I see things so much more clearly now.  I love the sensation of being in trance and that ultimate relaxation feeling that comes with it.

The benefits and rewards from these sessions have been outstanding:

  • I sleep better and now actually feel rested when I wake
  • I feel that I assess situations better
  • I am a lot less snappy
