I was getting very anxious about situations and tended to spend a lot of time worrying. I had been to a talk Emma gave and really liked the idea of understanding how the brain functioned as a way to help me deal with my issues.

I’ve now got an understanding of the brain and how to make it be more productive rather than letting old habits take over, stopping the negative process from becoming the norm and rebuilding the positive thoughts.
