Dawn practices from her private home therapy room, which is a 15-minute walk from the vibrant city centre of Chelmsford. parking is available on the driveway. There are pretty riverside walks 5 minutes away leading to the city centre if you would like to take a scenic walk back to town.

Who I work with

Inspired to Change I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you. 

Regardless of what brings people to see us they all have one thing in common:

  • They are motivated to get better, cope better or be better
  • They are ready to get their lives on track
  • They are inspired to change

And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!

In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people with Stress and Anxiety, Confidence, Motivation, Pain Management and Phobias.

    As somebody who has worked in a highly stressful corporate environment, driven by pressure and results to work harder and better, I have suffered the mental health impact associated with anxiety and stress. One of the things I learnt whilst studying as a clinical solution focused hypnotherapist and that also helped me to take back control was fundamentally understanding how my brain worked, which in turn enabled me to develop the understanding and tools needed to get back that connection with myself and my life.

    Now, with my own personal experience and my neuroscience training I can assist you in understanding your own brain, to help you develop your own tools. It is my passion to empower you to unlock the power of your mind so you can regain the ability to move forward in your life, take back that control and focus that you need to thrive, transforming your aspirations and setting you up for success everyday and beyond!

    How much does it cost?

    I offer a FREE Initial Consultation to help me better understand how I can help you.  Hypnotherapy sessions after that can be paid for as you go at £90 a session, or most of my clients opt for the savings that come with purchasing a package of 6 sessions for £450.

      Directions

      From the M25 Brentwood turn off at junction 28 onto the A12 towards Chelmsford. Continue on the A12 to junction 15 and exit towards Chelmsford/Harlow onto tye A414. Take the A1114 and Springfield Road to Lionfirld Terrace. Take the second road turning into Lionfield Terrace (there are two roads), these lead into a quiet cul-de-sac and number 1 is straight ahead.

      Parking is available on the driveway or on the road opposite.

      Our half day workshops provide a deeper understanding of how our brain works and why it responds the way it does to every day events.
