Who I work with

At Inspired to Change I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.

Regardless of what brings people to see us they all have one thing in common:

  • They are motivated to get better, cope better or be better
  • They are ready to get their lives on track
  • They are inspired to change

And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!

In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people with Anxiety, Stress, Confidence, Motivation and Work/Life Balance.

I work with people struggling with mental health issues around anxiety, depression, and life stress, working with my clients to help them achieve a new perspective and overcome their challenges to become the best version of themselves.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking up precious moments with my wonderful family. Family time is everything to me, and I cherish every adventure, big or small, that we embark on together.

I have a deep passion for the great outdoors. There’s something incredibly grounding about connecting with nature and learning age-old skills.

In my spare time, I proudly serve as a leader in Scouting and inspiring young minds while teaching them essential life skills is both rewarding and fulfilling.

On the home front, I’m a proud parent of three exceptional children who constantly remind me of the power of growth and change. And let’s not forget our two four-legged companions, our beloved dogs who bring endless joy and laughter into our lives.

My true calling lies in helping people become the best versions of themselves. I’m incredibly passionate about working with individuals to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.

Whether managing stress, breaking free from old habits, or boosting self-esteem, we’ll embark on a transformative journey.

If you’re ready to embrace positive change, explore your potential, and discover the incredible capabilities within you, I’m here for you every step of the way. Let’s connect and start this incredible journey together!
