After a few sessions with Louise, I’m feeling brand new! She has helped me to deal with the traumas, but without having to talk about them. I never succeeded with talking about my problems in the past and I know that is why solution focused therapy has helped me.

Managing mental health training
A comprehensive workshop which takes learners on an exploration of the role of employers, managers and leaders, when it comes to mental health at work, and equips them with the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to enable the wellbeing of their team, through understanding mental health and the legal obligation to protect it, as well as learning how to nurture a positive environment, spot the early signs of common conditions and have the confidence to respond appropriately.
Mental Health First Aid training
This internationally recognised training course, all built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan is designed to qualify attendees as a Mental Health First Aider, teaching them how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill-health and to then provide help and support to someone experiencing a mental health issue on a first aid basis.
