Our short talks and webinars are a great introduction to understanding our stress response and helping people to choose a few simple changes to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.
These hour long talks and webinars are particularly suitable for community or business groups.
We will take you on a whistle stop tour of the brain, explaining why the brain responds the way it does to stressors in our lives. We also provide some simple solutions to how we can encourage our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges.
Everyone who attends a talk or webinar will be given free access to a guided relaxation recording designed to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.
Meet our Trainers
All our trainers are qualified and practicing Solution Focused Hypnotherapists and we work using modern clinically proven, neuroscience based techniques. Our Therapists and Trainers work to help people understand how our brains work and why they get us stuck sometimes, and we teach people how to get our brains working better for us so we can all be at our best.
