About Katrina Hughes
I am passionate about helping my clients create positive changes in their lives. Since beginning my training in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy in 2025 I have developed my therapeutic skills and gained an understanding of the neuroscience behind helping people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
My aim is to help people feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions so they can move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Being a working mother of three and experiencing perimenopause has given me a deeper sense of empathy and understanding of the pressures many people face in everyday life.
I strive to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood. Through hypnotherapy I am to help clients build resilience, develop positive coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

More About Me
My journey into Solution Focused Hypnotherapy comes from both personal experience and a genuine passion for helping others. Having struggled with low self-esteem and confidence issues since childhood, I understand how deeply anxiety, self doubt, and emotional challenges can affect everyday life.
After years of feeling unfulfilled working as an administrator, I realised I wanted a career with real purpose. One where I could support and empower people to create positive change.
Training as a hypnotherapist has sparked a passion in me and deepened my fascination with neuroscience, particularly understanding how the brain works and the impact of anxiety and depression. I am naturally caring, empathetic and a strong advocate for women’s wellbeing.
