I had my first session with Emma yesterday and it was a really positive experience. Emma is really calming and knowledgeable. She has a presence that puts you at ease straight away.In the session, we set out what issues I want to work on and we set goals to achieve. The initial consultation focused on the science behind what Emma does and it was incredibly interesting and informative. I can’t wait to get to the following sessions.

Jill at Inspired to Change has been fantastic. We worked together to resolve an anxiety issue , and after just a few sessions I am vastly improved and will improve completely with a little practice and possibly a top up session in the future.Jill is calm and reassuring, and it’s so nice to be heard and not made to feel silly for being anxious in certain situations. Jill explains the brain processes so clearly that I knew exactly what I was going to be working on, how the process worked, and what to expect. I found Claire’s treatment to be very effective, and she has certainly put me in a better place as a consequence.The sessions were both thought provoking and enlightening. I went to see Claire because I was suffering with extreme anxiety following my early retirement due to ill health. I had lost my confidence, my self esteem, and a way in which to move forward.Claire’s treatment helped me regain my confidence, and taught me to look carefully at what was important in life.
