Jill came into our office to run a session focused on mental wellbeing, resilience, and sleep. She was warm, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable. The session was really interesting and calming, with techniques we could take away and use. It sparked some really great conversations amongst the team and we all left feeling much happier.

Seeing Emma after struggling with anxiety caused by work stress and a breakup has been one of the best things I could've done for myself. Emma was so unbelievably calming from start to finish and helped me get into positive habits such as writing my what's been good journal.Going into this I didnt think I'd improve this much this quickly but having someone to talk about whats been good about my week has really been so helpful. I cannot thank her enough for her help and support throughout the weeks, I will be going back in the near future as going to Emma's sessions has been the healthiest thing I've done for myself and her support has meant the world to me so thank you so much Emma.

Claire was so awesome with my son earlier this year. Engaging a 13 year old boy with ADHD is not easy! He had developed a fear of travelling and being sick. Where many failed (weeks of CBT, incentives and many other tricks and tips in the many books and google pages I read) she succeeded, and most importantly - he did too!He thoroughly looked forward to seeing her and whilst I had my doubts as to how well he would be able to focus, we have since had an enjoyable flight to and from France, he has travelled in the car for nearly 2 hours (each way) for an amazing mountain bike trip (which was his main goal) and he can not wait to fly to Turkey in the half term!I would not hesitate to highly recommend Claire. I did a lot of research before arranging our free consultation, including getting some advice on a Facebook forum, where an experienced hypnotherapist kindly reviewed her profile and confirmed how highly qualified and perfect she would be for our needs!For those needing help and considering contacting her please do not hesitate.
