Mental health and wellbeing training supports you and your teams, helping to enhance productivity, improve morale and increase staff retention.

Our mental health specialists deliver wellbeing training for local and national businesses, schools and charities, as well as local community or business groups. By addressing a diverse range of topics through workshops and coaching sessions, we can help you create a supportive environment that is ideal for personal and professional growth.

Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing Training

For employees, volunteers or community groups, investing in mental health and wellbeing training brings several benefits. Increased awareness reduces stigma and promotes open conversations. This creates a supportive culture where people feel comfortable seeking help.

Mental health and wellbeing coaching plays a crucial role in helping people to perform at their best. Employees who are mentally healthy are more likely to be productive and engaged in their work. Training equips people with tools to manage stress and handle challenges well. Improved resilience enables people to recover from setbacks and adapt to change more effectively.

Engaging in wellbeing training together fosters a sense of belonging and social support networks. This can be particularly beneficial for volunteers and community groups, where strong social connections can help prevent burnout and increase satisfaction.

By gaining knowledge and skills related to wellbeing, people feel empowered to take control of their own mental health and support others. This empowerment leads to greater self-confidence. Improved mental health ensures people are overall happier, more confident and motivated.

Thank you, Emma, for your hypnotherapy sessions. I initially began hypnotherapy with Emma after seeing her posts about teacher stress and anxiety. I was at a point where I felt I could not continue teaching much longer; my nervous system was constantly reactive and I felt the job was interfering with all areas of my life. Working with Emma, I have managed to reduce my ‘stress bucket’ and soothe my nervous system. The sessions offered a great balance of solution-focused techniques alongside relaxation. I didn’t realise how much progress I had made until I looked back. I doubled my overall well-being scores, set boundaries at work, started working smarter and recognised when to give my nervous system a break. This has allowed me to enjoy teaching again, as well as spending quality time with my family and in life. I cannot recommend Emma enough!

We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Kerry to Langford Vets for several talks, most recently on Why Small Steps Matter for Mental Health Awareness Week. Kerry is always incredibly personable, friendly, and professional, and she delivers engaging and informative sessions every time. She’s a joy to work with, and we always look forward to having her back. Highly recommended!
Response from the owner: Hi Lisa - thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words. It's a pleasure to be able to work with you and your team!
Was an experience based on trust and faith. I came, I told, i healed some stuff. Life has aligned in mysterious ways that revealed over the proceeding weeks. So I recommend this approach to the therapies but with an open mind. Our brains work in mysterious ways
Response from the owner: Been a genuine pleasure supporting you on your journey thank you for trusting me
Emma is very easy to speak with when explaining what help I required, making me feel comfortable and in good hands. She explains everything very well, which helps to understand why the brain works in ways which aren’t always helpful for the modern world.Emma has really helped me, and I’m so glad I have had the sessions with her
Response from the owner: Thank you so much Kelly - it was an absolute pleasure to work with you

Over several years I had monthly sessions with Kerry. Although there was nothing I really needed specific help with, the sessions kept me mentally accountable and always helped me to move forward in a way I could never predict. I had the space to work out ways to behave differently and try something new, or even to think about situations differently. We all have a level of mental health whether good or bad and an opportunity with solution focused hypnotherapy to improve. The sessions were always fun and I learnt lots about how the brain works with Kerry.I would definitely recommend as we need to exercise our brains and keep on top of our mental health. In my case prevention is better than cure.
Response from the owner: Thank you for your positive feedback Carmen - it was a pleasure working with you!
Kerry is an excellent therapist. She helped me navigate a challenging life-change personally and is also the person I often referred my team members to when it was clear that they would benefit from reducing stress and overwhelm.
Response from the owner: Thank you for your kind words and for trusting me with your team.
