My 13 year old daughter had a fear of the dentist after having bad experience with a tooth removal, she needed a brace fitting and could not go ahead with this due to what was described as a severe gag reflex, I researched hypnotherapy and found Emma and made contact straight away to see if she could help. Emma came straight back to me and on the very first meeting with Emma my daughter and I felt very comfortable and reassured that Emma could help. My daughter had 6 sessions and really enjoyed each one I can honestly say that it has made such a difference and my daughter has managed to go to the dentist and complete all actions they required for the brace fitting it has honestly been like night and day and given my daughter the tools to manage each situation herself. I am so proud of what she has achieved with Emma’s help. I would highly recommend Emma and the work that she does to help people overcome a variety of challenges giving them the right tools to manage situations and get the outcomes they wish for. Emma thank you really doesn’t seem enough when what you do has such an amazing positive impact on someone’s life and the difference that makes, you really are a fantastic lady who genuinely cares about the people you are helping. I am writing this review with the sole intention that the person reading this is encouraged enough to take the step with the wonderful Claire. She has an ability to make everything simple again when perhaps it all seems so confusing. I would highly recommend her approach as it breaks through the over analysing and complicating instead delivering a simple and straightforward perspective. Each session provides a gentle uplift and with encouragement a new way of thinking. Claire is also of the kindest and friendliest people I have met, I really enjoyed her outlook and company. If you are in difficult please give her a chance, she has helped me change my life
What can I say!!! thank you so much Emma for giving me the freedom to travel without the fear of flying ever again.When I first went to Emma I had a trip booked to Australia to visit my son on my own, I have always been terrified of flying and this was such a long journey the thought of it made me question whether to go or not.After a six week course I can now confirm I am in Australia!!! Thanks to Emma she has not only given me the confidence to fly on my own but cope with the turbulence without the panic and I did not cry once. I cannot thank her enough, I was sceptical at first but I would fully recommend the process it works!!!

I first visited Claire in April 2024 because I wanted to quit smoking, I had one session and I haven't touched nicotine since. I then decided, after feeling that my job was at risk earlier this year that I would approach Claire again about my anxiety, and (OMG) I am so glad I made that decision! I can't remember exactly how many sessions I had, maybe 10 or 12, but within that time I have rediscovered my self worth in a way that I hadn't before seen possible, i'm in a new job with a new relationship and making many healthy, well considered decisions. Thank you Claire for everything you have done for me, I know you enjoyed watching me grow as a person! :)

Jill came into our office to run a session focused on mental wellbeing, resilience, and sleep. She was warm, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable. The session was really interesting and calming, with techniques we could take away and use. It sparked some really great conversations amongst the team and we all left feeling much happier.
