Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing Training
For employees, volunteers or community groups, investing in mental health and wellbeing training brings several benefits. Increased awareness reduces stigma and promotes open conversations. This creates a supportive culture where people feel comfortable seeking help.
Mental health and wellbeing coaching plays a crucial role in helping people to perform at their best. Employees who are mentally healthy are more likely to be productive and engaged in their work. Training equips people with tools to manage stress and handle challenges well. Improved resilience enables people to recover from setbacks and adapt to change more effectively.
Engaging in wellbeing training together fosters a sense of belonging and social support networks. This can be particularly beneficial for volunteers and community groups, where strong social connections can help prevent burnout and increase satisfaction.
By gaining knowledge and skills related to wellbeing, people feel empowered to take control of their own mental health and support others. This empowerment leads to greater self-confidence. Improved mental health ensures people are overall happier, more confident and motivated.
Our Training
All our trainers are qualified and practising therapists with a deep understanding of how the brain works. They understand how life can impact us in the workplace, at school or college, as well as in our personal lives.
Our therapists and trainers help you understand how our brains work and why they get us stuck sometimes. Using modern, clinically proven, neuroscience-based techniques, we teach people how to get our brains working better for us so we can all be at our best.

Topics our mental health and wellbeing training covers
Talks & Webinars
Our short talks and webinars are a great introduction to how our brains work and provide an enhanced understanding of our stress response.

Anyone looking for a basic introduction to stress and how the brain works. Our wellbeing talks and webinars are particularly suitable for community or business groups.
How long it lasts
1 hour
What you’ll learn
We will take you on a whistle stop tour of the brain, explaining why it responds the way it does to stressors in our lives. We also provide some simple solutions to how we can encourage our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges.
These short sessions enable people to identify and implement a few simple changes to reduce stress and build their resilience and wellbeing.
All attendees will be given free access to a guided relaxation recording designed to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.
Resilience & Wellbeing Workshops

We’ll explain how you can build mental resilience and wellbeing so you can be more focused, creative, productive and happy, both in the workplace and at home.
Masterclasses
From motivation and sports performance, to living with dementia and supporting children with anxiety, our masterclasses dive deeper into a specific topic. They provide enhanced knowledge and understanding, as well as practical support.
Who it’s for
Those looking for enhanced understanding around a specific topic. Masterclasses can be booked as standalone sessions or as ad-ons to our half day workshop and coaching programme.
How long it lasts
1.5 - 2 hours
What you’ll learn
Our team of experienced hypnotherapists have many different areas of expertise, which they have often chosen to focus on because of their own life experiences. We harness these specialisms and take a detailed look at a particular subject related to our mental resilience and wellbeing.
When we understand more about our brains and the anxiety response it becomes easier to support the children in our care who are struggling. We can reduce their anxiety but also reduce our own feelings of helplessness that often arise in these situations.
This masterclass is for the adults rather than the children. It is ideal for running within the school environment for both teachers and parents.
Group Coaching
Our six-part coaching programme supports you and your teams to fully integrate mental resilience and wellbeing into everyday life. We take a deeper look at common issues, such as how to build motivation and how to have more helpful communications with others.
Who it’s for
For those small businesses truly committed to enabling their people to be the best version of themselves. The group coaching programme is perfect for groups who have already completed our Mental Resilience and Wellbeing Workshop.

You’ll learn how to make positive changes in your workplace and at home that benefit not just yourself, but those around you as well. The small group environment is perfect for helping each person to implement these changes into their own individual lives in a way that works for them.
Each session will reflect on the successes and challenges of the previous week, highlighting the skills and resources you have used. These sessions will take the lessons learnt and explore how to integrate them in the following weeks.
Two of the six sessions can be chosen from our Masterclass programme, enabling you to focus on areas particularly relevant for your group.
All those taking part in our coaching programme will receive a workbook and certificate of attendance.
