At Inspired to Change I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.
Regardless of what brings people to see us they all have one thing in common:

And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!
In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people cope with big life events, stress, self worth, motivation, confidence and success.

As someone who has had to re-evaluate their life (more than once), I know the value of having safe, encouraging, expert help to enable you to transition to the new, best version of yourself.
I qualified in traditional hypnotherapy in 2011, NLP in 2012 and retrained with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School (CPHT) in 2015, one of the leading hypnotherapy training schools in the UK. As well as working one to one with clients I lecture for CPHT; helping people find a rewarding career and make a positive impact in their communities.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy the UK’s leading not-for-profit professional association as well as the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council.
When you work with me I use an evidence-based solution-focused and client-led approach to support you. My work is underpinned by my training in neuroscience and solution-focused brief therapy. Solution-focused brief therapy is a widely respected, practical and empowering modern approach to therapy. As a client of mine, I’m likely to be helping you with a broad range of mental and physical health-related issues, including stress, anxiety and overwhelm, fears and phobias, depression and panic attacks, confidence and self-esteem, focus and motivation.
