Hi, I’m Desiree, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping women rediscover their confidence and sense of balance. I work primarily with women who feel overwhelmed by the pressures of juggling family, work, and everyday life, often putting themselves last. However, I also work with men, and everyone is welcome! I understand firsthand how demanding life can be, and I am living proof that with the right mindset, it is possible to navigate challenges with calm and clarity.

With a strong background in healthcare, I have spent years supporting people to feel safe, heard, and understood. I create a warm, supportive, and completely judgement-free space where clients can feel at ease. I combine this experience with a solution-focused, future-based approach to help my clients move forward at their own pace. My Experience

I have worked in dentistry for 17 years and have been a key member of the Whitgift Dental team for over a decade. Through my roles as a Dental Nurse, Care Coordinator, and Front of House team member, I developed a strong understanding of patient care and the vital importance of emotional support alongside clinical treatment.

During this time, I supported many individuals navigating anxiety, phobias, and the stress that often comes with treatment. This experience naturally led me to hypnotherapy, where I now help people with a wide range of issues, including confidence, self-belief, sleep, and mindset. My work has also extended into sport, supporting football players to strengthen focus and performance through positive mindset work.

While I have a special interest in supporting young mums and women under pressure, I welcome individuals from all walks of life. My sessions are warm, relaxed, and collaborative, helping you feel heard while we focus on practical steps to help you feel like yourself again.

Outside of my clinical work, I am a busy mum to two young boys, and I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family life, work, and personal wellbeing. Like many of my clients, I have experienced how easily our own needs can be pushed aside, which is why self-care and personal growth are values I hold deeply. This lived experience shapes the way I work, allowing me to bring empathy, realism, and compassion into every session.

I believe that meaningful change does not have to be overwhelming. Small, consistent steps can create powerful and lasting change over time. I am deeply passionate about supporting people to build calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives, helping them feel more connected to themselves and more confident in the way they move through the world.
